Moments like the ones I experience every time I enter Dr. DeLozier’s office are very special to me. To know and understand that I feel welcomed and cared for when I enter his office is an important aspect of my experience with Dr. DeLozier Surgery Center. The office is warm, inviting, and looks like a mansion (smile). The nurses and staff call me by my name and always have a smile on their face. The nurses and staff are kind, gentle and are always reassuring; moreover, they are knowledgeable about every phase of your treatment.
I had a couple of consultations before I met doctor DeLozier, BUT once I met him and his staff, I quickly decided I did not want to go any of my other consultations. I found the perfect fit for my personality and demeanor. They actually listen to your concerns, discuss with you the alternatives, and what best fits your needs. The most important attributes of choosing this surgeon and his staff is how welcome they make you feel. I admire DeLozier and his staff because they will let you know when you don’t need a specific procedure but is willing to do whatever you request. I decided to go with my surgeon suggestion and there was no pressure. I am happy with my results so far and can’t wait to see him again for my 3 month post op follow-up.
